Getting Started

Your compliance database may already be established by your authority. Additionally, a number of databases have already been established on ComplyPOD to ensure that building owners can find their correct authority. We aim to constantly add new authorities but if you can not see your agency, please request a new compliance database to be established. Find out how here.

Admin Email

Provide us with an email address. The chosen admin email address will receive notification each time a building audit is completed. To disable notifications, contact our team.

Set up monthly payment

To use a compliance database, clients pay a flat rate monthly rate to enjoy unlimited access and unlimited audits. All audits within your authority are securely stored on your own bespoke database and can be searched. To keep costs low for government clients, the fee of carrying out an audit is borne by the private sector entity, providing lowest costs to building owners and huge savings for our government partners.

Support

We help you getting started with databases. We regularly maintain each database and address any problems you may raise with our team. Use the help form to submit your question and our support team will respond.

Getting Started

If you do not see your authority’s compliance database available then you may want to establish your own for your agency to use. To do this we would need a few details. We can set up a database within 48 hours of receiving your application if all relevant information provided to our team.

Name of database

Tell us what you would like to call the database. This may be the name of your Authority, Municipality, Freezone or other government agency. It may be the name of your company or establishment, such as a retail mall. Select whichever name is most recognizable to those who will use the database.

New or Existing Buildings

For instances where the authority manages new building applications and existing building monitoring select both building types. If you only manage new or only manage existing buildings, select each individually.

Building Types

ComplyPOD covers all building types. However, not all authorities require all buildings to be include in the database. For instance, a retail mall may only require shops, cafes and cinemas to be included in the options. School authorities only need school buildings and freezone authorities may only have commercial buildings. Select as few or as many as you require to ensure all building types are available.

Additional Registration information

To align with your own filing and databases, you may want to provide additional information options to users. For instance, for new project developers, this may be plot numbers. For a Municipality using the database for building permits or trade licences, you may have unique application numbers. Tell us the extra information you require and search databases with this information.
